We are looking for an engaging People professional to work across the whole bank. Someone who is prepared to get stuck in, build relationships quickly and operate flexibly across a broad spectrum of People responsibilities.
Ideally you will have had experience in a start up, challenger bank environment with a sound understanding of regulatory responsibilities, including but not limited to SMCR, regulatory reporting for People, policies and procedures, combined with an ambition to do things differently, innovate and think creatively about ways to engage and support our people.
