Front End Engineering Lead

Our Front-End Engineering Lead will be a pivotal lead in growing best-in-class front-end development teams across mobile and web, building industry leading AWS Cloud native applications. With a commitment to automated testing and CD, the Front-End Engineering Lead will drive code reviews and the applications of design patterns, leading the team through exceptional problem-solving skills with an influential communication style.

We're looking for a Front-End Engineering Lead to join our technology leadership team to lead and develop further our team of talented and creative front-end developers/engineers.

Key responsibilities

In this role the right candidate will bring a wealth of experience working with native mobile technologies (Swift on iOS, Kotlin on Android) as well as Web technologies (HTML5, JavaScript, React, Node JS). They will be comfortable working in a DevOps environment comprising Bitrise, Sonar Cloud, BitBucket. Experience of good practices around unit testing and test automation, and skilled in working in Agile environments using collaboration tools, mostly JIRA, Confluence and Microsoft Teams. The Front End Engineering Lead owns the experience API specification – the key interface between our Front End and Back End engineering teams.
