Monument welcomes Rachel Kerrone as Director of Brand and Marketing

Rachel Kerrone has joined Monument as Director of Brand and Marketing. Rachel brings deep experience in building trusted financial brands and a track record of doing so during periods of rapid growth.

From Goldman Sachs and RBS to Starling and Monument

Rachel's career in financial services spans over two decades, including roles at Goldman Sachs, JP Morgan and Royal Bank of Scotland. Most recently, she spent eight years at Starling Bank, joining in 2017 when it was still an early-stage fintech and helping build it into the UK's first profitable digital challenger bank, growing to over 4.6 million customers. During her time at Starling, Rachel was named multiple times in Campaign and Marketing Week's top 100 marketers.

At Monument, Rachel will lead brand, marketing and communications as the bank enters its next phase of growth.
