As our new Senior Lifecycle Marketing Manager, you will take full ownership of our CRM and lifecycle marketing strategies. Your role will involve managing end-to-end campaigns that drive customer engagement, retention, and growth, working across a variety of touchpoints to deliver meaningful, personalised experiences. With strong expertise in lifecycle management and platforms like Braze (a big plus), you’ll know how to create impactful campaigns that align with our vision and deliver results.

Reporting to the Head of Marketing, this is a high-impact role where you’ll collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and optimise lifecycle journeys, ensuring every interaction with Monument adds value to our clients. You’ll also be comfortable navigating the fast-paced nature of a startup, rolling up your sleeves to own your area and make a measurable difference.

How you'll make an impact:

Lifecycle campaign management: Develop and execute data-driven lifecycle marketing campaigns, from onboarding to retention and reactivation, across email, push, in-app, and SMS channels.

Platform expertise:
Use Braze and partner with our SalesForce Developer to design and automate personalised customer journeys. Ensuring seamless and effective communications at scale.

Data-driven strategy:
Analyse customer insights to optimise campaign targeting and messaging, improving engagement and retention rates.

Cross-functional collaboration:
Partner with teams across marketing, product, and analytics to align lifecycle strategies with broader business objectives.

Creative development:
Collaborate with internal design team and agencies to craft high-quality, engaging campaign assets that resonate with our audience.

Continuous optimisation:
Adopt a test-and-learn approach to campaign design, monitoring performance metrics, and making data-informed recommendations for improvement.

Project leadership:
Take full ownership of retention coms calendar and any lifecycle initiatives, ensuring timely delivery, exceptional quality, and measurable results.

Reporting and insights:
Own lifecycle campaign KPIs, providing regular reports and actionable insights to key stakeholders.

Account management:
Manage agency relationships to deliver best-in-class lifecycle campaign assets and work with our Account Managers at Braze to ensure we are delivering best-in-class campaigns.

We look for people with:

  • Proven experience in end-to-end CRM and lifecycle marketing within a B2C environment.
  • Hands-on expertise with platforms like Braze or similar CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce Marketing Cloud).
  • Strong project management skills, with the ability to brief teams effectively and manage campaigns across multiple stakeholders and touchpoints.
  • Solid copywriting skills, with an understanding of how to craft impactful narratives across CRM channels.
  • A growth mindset, ready to embrace challenges, navigate ambiguity in a startup environment, and take ownership of projects end-to-end, with support to help you succeed.
  • Exceptional project management skills, able to prioritise and manage multiple workstreams simultaneously.
  • A collaborative team player with a no-ego attitude, aligned with our ambitious yet supportive culture.
  • Knowledge of customer segmentation and advanced personalisation techniques.
  • Previous experience of using Braze and SalesForce.
  • Experience in a startup or fast-scaling environment.
  • Familiarity with premium or luxury lifestyle brands.
