What is the Loyalty Reward?

We’ve introduced our Monument Loyalty Reward, designed to thank you for continuing to grow your savings with us.  

By increasing your total Monument Balance before the end of the year and keeping it steady until 28 February 2026, you can earn a Loyalty Reward of up to £200.

Only clients who have opened a Monument savings account before 22 October 2025 are eligible for the Monument Loyalty Reward.

The Monument Loyalty Reward is subject these Terms.

Your reward is based on how much you increase your balance by:

  • £30,000 - £39,999 | £75
  • £40,000 - £49,999 | £125
  • £50,000 or more | £200
Who is eligible for the Loyalty Reward?

You’re eligible to receive a Loyalty Reward if: 

  • You opened a Monument savings account before 22 October 2025;
  • The difference between your Monument Balance as at 23:59 on 27 November 2025 and 23:59 on 31 December 2025 has increased by at least £10,000.
  • Your average end of day Monument Balance between 1 January 2026 through to 28 February 2026 is at least the amount of your Monument Balance as at 23:59 on 31 December 2025.
How does the Loyalty Reward work?

1. Increase your total Monument Balance before the end of December

Grow your total balance across your Monument savings account(s) (your Monument Balance) by at least £10,000 between 28 November and 31 December 2025 (the Deposit Window) to be eligible for a Loyalty Reward.  

The more you increase your Monument Balance during the Deposit Window, the higher your Loyalty Reward could be. (See reward table above for details.)

2. Hold your balance

Maintain your increased total Monument Balance throughout January and February 2026 to stay eligible.

We’ll track your average end of day balance during this period to determine your Loyalty Reward.

Any withdrawals made during this period may impact the level of Loyalty Reward that you qualify for.

3. Receive your reward

If you qualify, we’ll pay your Loyalty Reward by 16th March 2026.

If you hold an Easy Access Savings account or Membership Saver, the Loyalty Reward will be paid into this account. If you do not hold one of these accounts, the reward will be paid into your linked account.  

How is the Loyalty Reward calculated?

We will calculate the Loyalty Reward based on the amount that the total balance across your Monument saving account(s) (Monument Balance) increases from the start to the end of the Deposit Window. To do this, we will do the following:

  • On 31 December 2025 at 23:59 (end of day), we will take a snapshot of your total Monument Balance and calculate how much this has increased compared to your total Monument Balance as at end of day on the 27 November 2025.
  • If this has increased, that will determine the maximum amount of Loyalty Reward you are potentially eligible for.
  • We will then track your average total end of day Monument Balance between 1 January 2026 and 28 February 2026.
  • At end of day on 28 February 2026, we will compare your average total end of day Monument Balance between 1 January and 28 February 2026, to the snapshot taken on 31 December 2025.
  • This will determine whether you qualify for a Loyalty Reward and if you do, the Loyalty Reward amount.
  • Withdrawals made between 1 January and 28 February 2026 may impact the level of Loyalty Reward that you qualify for.
How do I increase my balance to qualify for the Loyalty Reward?

Grow and maintain your Monument Balance (the total balance across your savings account(s)) by at least £10,000 between 28 November and 31 December 2025 (the Deposit Window) to be eligible for a Loyalty Reward.

You can increase your balance by depositing additional money into one or more of your existing Monument savings account(s) or by opening and funding a new savings account (subject to the terms and conditions of the relevant account).).

Example 1: If you deposit £5,000 into an Easy Access Account and £5,000 in a Limited Access Account during the Deposit Window, your total balance increase of £10,000 qualifies for the Loyalty Reward.

Example 2: If you deposit £5,000 into an Easy Access Account and also open a new Monument savings account and deposit another £5,000 during the Deposit Window, your total balance increase of £10,000 qualifies for the Loyalty Reward.

Example 3: If you currently hold a Fixed Term Deposit (FTD) that cannot accept new funds, you can open another Monument account and fund this to meet the required Monument Balance increase.

Cash ISA transfers from another bank or provider also count as qualifying deposits, as long as we receive the funds within the Deposit Window.

Please be aware that ISA transfers should take up to 15 days to complete, depending on your existing provider.

How do you calculate my average balance during the Holding Period?

Your average Monument Balance during the Holding Period is calculated as:

Average Balance = (Total Monument Balance across all savings accounts, recorded at the end of each day (23:59)) ÷ (Number of days in the Holding Period)

For this campaign, the Holding Period is 59 days.

This means if your Monument Balance reduces for even 1 day, you may need to deposit more than the amount you withdrew to bring the average back up.

When will I receive my Loyalty Reward?

If you qualify, we’ll pay your Loyalty Reward by 16th March 2026.

Your Loyalty Reward will be paid into your Easy Access Savings Account or Membership Saver if you have one. If you have both, your Loyalty Reward will be paid into your Membership Saver.

If you don’t hold either of these accounts, we’ll pay your Loyalty Reward into your linked account.

Where will my Loyalty Reward be paid?

I haven’t received my Loyalty Reward, what should I do?

If you qualify, we’ll pay your Loyalty Reward by 16th March 2026.  

If you hold an Easy Access Savings account or Membership Saver, the Loyalty Reward will be paid into this account. If you do not hold one of these accounts, the reward will be paid into your linked account.

Please contact us through the Monument app or by email after 16th March 2026 if you believe you should have received a reward but haven’t yet.
